We pride ourselves in prompt and friendly customer service. All serious email that we receive will be answered as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, there may have been a delivery problem due to technical problems beyond our control or spam blockers. If we are at a show, this may also delay a response, so check out the BLOG to see if we are away from the studio or have any relevant news. Order using the Shopping Cart using PayPal
You can use our shopping cart to securely purchase from Earthenwood Studio!
Using the shopping cart, you can easily select from all the available choices and have your items grouped into the shopping cart. Use the View Cart and Check Out buttons on each shopping page to view and complete your sale.
When you are ready to check out, you can pay securely with Visa, MC, Discover, or AmX using Paypal. You can also use funds from your Paypal account if you have one, but you do not have an account in order to pay with a credit card.

Please note that all items in the Earthenwood bead catalog are hand made by one person to order and may take 2-3 weeks to ship.

Order by Email using PayPal
If you do not want to use the shopping cart or have special requests, you can place an order by email. All email orders will be invoiced using Paypal. You do not have to be a Paypal member to use the service.
1) Please make your bead and color selections and list them in an email
2) Total your order and add shipping
3) Send the email to us... do not include any credit card info in the email.
4) After reviewing your order, and answering any questions you may have, we will send you a PayPal invoice requesting the amount of your total. Please note that the Paypal name will show up as Earthenwood Studio
5) Pay securely by following the Pay Pal payment format. You will be sent a receipt by Pay Pal for your purchase

1) To mail your order, write out your order on a piece of paper or order form, making sure to note all the options, colors, ad choices. Or for email, list your order in an email and send to earthenwood@comcast.net
2) Total your order and add shipping (see chart below)
3) Make Check/M.O. payable to Earthenwood Studio
4) Mail to Earthenwood Studio :: P.O.Box 20002 :: Ferndale, MI 48220
Please note that this method takes the longest, as we check the PO box only once a week and we have to wait for checks to clear. If you require faster service, consider the other methods.

International Orders
We ship only to Paypal supported countries, and only take Paypal for international orders. Most International orders are shipped USPS Priority when possible (orders under $35 will be shipped first class). International shipping is NOT INSURED, so order at your own risk. Please email us if you would like to purchase insurance. International customers are warned that while orders will leave Earthenwood Studio in 2-3 weeks, we cannot guarantee what happens when it leaves us for shipment. The post office and customs can often take a LONG time, and we cannot control this, so please be patient. Tracking is not always available or reliable. We will not falsify customs forms, they will be marked as merchandise with the retail price, so it is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs fees issued by your country. Sorry, we do not wholesale internationally at this time.
