Time's Toolbox Pendant

This line of components was inspired by found objects and bits of metal and tools found in my grandfather's and father's workshops and toolboxes. Each one is individually handcrafted from porcelain clay, hand textured with various workshop tools such as screws, sawblades, gears, files, old keys, and broken watches. The tool markings, clock imagery, and coloration gives this piece a steampunk and old industrial look.

This design has been featured on the cover of the winter 2009/2010 issue of Stringing Magazine! "Time's Toolbox" is an project published in that issue which was designed and written by me!

This listing is for one large pendant, approximately 1 5/8" round, which comes with a heavy gunmetal jump ring.
